This explains the way we do business and what you can expect from us.
General Terms
Following your initial enquiry, we will arrange an informal meeting to discuss your requirements and give an estimate of the price.
This meeting will be completely free of charge and without any obligation.
Should you wish to proceed further, we will then produce draft proposals based upon our discussion and present these to you at a second meeting along with a firm quotation of costs.
Once again - this meeting will be completely free of charge and without any obligation.
If the proposals are acceptable to you and you wish to proceed - at this point we require the completion of a formal contract. This will set out details of the work, our obligations along with the method and timing of delivery, and the payment terms.
We are committed to keeping in regular contact with our customers throughout the design process to ensure the final product fully satisfies your requirements.
- Some of the above stages may be omitted or combined for small jobs.
- A 50% deposit is normally required and payable with order contract.
- Deposits will only be refunded if we are unable to complete the contract due to circumstances related to our company.
- Stage payments may be requested for high value commissions.
- The Balance Outstanding is required in full upon completion and before handover.
